This includes everything from detail drawings and bill of materials for manufacturing. The PT PRI Pulp Mill Project
Building on the momentum from Ortviken, we soon embarked on a monumental challenge, helping Valmet again with the PT Phoenix Resources International Pulp Mill (PT PRI) project in Indonesia. This venture, three times larger in scale than Ortviken, involved the complex engineering of another massive flash drying system and high-capacity baling lines for a new pulp mill on Tarakan Island. Engineering a facility with a capacity of up to 1.7 million tons annually was a massive undertaking that required absolute precision.
Meeting the project’s ambitious schedule demanded extraordinary dedication, with our team working tirelessly — including nights and weekends — to ensure every milestone was hit. This project perfectly illustrates our small team advantage and flexible collaboration; despite the massive scale, we remained agile and personally committed, adapting our workflow seamlessly alongside Valmet to meet the intricate technical demands of this world-class facility.
